Problem
A terra-cotta cornice at the base of the dome required reinforcement and stabilization without adding heavy, visually intrusive intervention.

A custom anchoring solution was developed for the historic terracotta substrate and installed with careful detailing to maintain the architectural character.
Technical notes

The domain and its cornice were conserved while preserving the historic fabric and long-term structural reliability.
